Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your SubCav account and all data associated with it. This applies to both the SubCav website and the SubCav mobile app, which share the same account.

How to Delete Your Account

Account management, including creating and deleting your account, is done on the web. The SubCav mobile app is sign-in only, so you delete your account from the website.

To delete your account:

  • Sign in at app.subcav.com.
  • Open the Settings page.
  • Scroll to the bottom of Settings, to the “Delete Account” section.
  • Type “Delete My Account” into the text box, exactly as shown and without the quotation marks. The “Delete My Account Permanently” button becomes clickable only once the text matches.
  • Press the “Delete My Account Permanently” button.

The deletion takes effect immediately.

If you cannot sign in to your account, email support@subcav.com from the email address on your SubCav account, using the subject line “Delete my account,” and include your SubCav username. We will verify your identity another way and process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your coach account, including your login credentials, email address, and location information.
  • Your teams and rosters, including player names, jersey numbers, position restrictions, and all parent or guardian contact information.
  • All game records, including substitution plans, game event logs, scores, penalties, and playing-time history.
  • All season statistics associated with your teams.
  • All photos you uploaded to your team galleries, along with any comments and reactions on them.
  • All sharing links for live games, schedules, and statistics. These stop working immediately and cannot be restored.
  • Your app settings and preferences.

What We May Keep

We may retain limited records of text messages sent through the service, such as the recipient phone number, timestamp, and delivery status, where we are required to do so for compliance with mobile carrier and messaging regulations. We may also retain information where a legal obligation requires it. Anything retained is kept only as long as necessary and is not used for any other purpose.

Timing

When you delete your account from Settings, it takes effect immediately. Your account and its data are removed right away, and the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you want to keep any of your season statistics or photos, please save them before you delete your account.
